A fascinating exploration of how horror movies affects us physically, psychologically and culturally. I have been a horror fan for a very long time. Reading this book deepened my appreciate of horror movies. The interviews with experts were very insightful. Very well done.

The Collector (Kaldan and Shafer #2) by Anne Mette Hnacock

Wow, what an excellent read! I really enjoyed the mystery surrounding Lukas' disappearance and the investigation itself. The verbal jousting between Kaldan and Schafer was fun to read. I liked that I was able to easily understand the story without having read book 1. One twist which took me completely by surprise. I can't recommend this book enough.

From Gaudi's City to Granada's Red Palace (Someday Travels Book 2) by EJ Bauer

Another excellent travel memoir by E.J. Bauer! I really enjoyed her vivid descriptions of the places she traveled and of the fascinating people she met. Reading about the delectable meals she consumed made me drool with envy. I can't wait to read the next Someday Travels book!
