Tell the Ghosts I'm Gone by Kalynn Bayron

 

 

 I loved every moment of this YA horror read! I'm sucker for books that feature an interesting cast of characters who have become a family. The story was vivid, engaging, and creepy at times. I would love to read more books by this author.

 

Precious Children by Mary G. Thompson

 

 

This YA horror book was a very wild ride. I loved the dystopian and science fiction aspects of the story. There was a lot of suspense, action and some parts were very disturbing. The only negative is that I found it difficult to keep the characters straight by the end of the story. Very well written and thought provoking.

72 Hours of You by Darianne Schramm

 

 

I loved this YA romance with a touch of magical realism. The two main characters were complex and I enjoyed watching them grow throughout the story. There were many parts which made me laugh and others that were bittersweet. I could easily see this book being adapted into a movie because it was so well done and moving.

Heart of Glass by Jennifer Hillier

 

 

 Another great read by Jennifer Hillier! I loved the characters, the setting and all of the jaw dropping twists. This book was very suspenseful and captivating, and impossible to put down. The story was well crafted and executed, and I loved every minute of it.
