Wow, a wonderful story! I loved that it was told from multiple perspectives. The author's descriptions of Galveston Island made me feel like I was breathing in the salty air, exploring the beaches, and hearing the sounds of the waves. The mystery of what happened to Emily kept me breathlessly turning the pages. I was shocked by the answers that were revealed.
